We use various types and levels of resistance, combined with bodyweight movements to ensure a heart pumping, sweat dripping, full body workout. 30min Tabata timer gets you in & out before you realize what you just got yourself into. Want your student athlete to move better? Bring em to ThaBox. We instruct athletic movement patterns to improve speed, agility, change of direction and body control. If you wanna move like an athlete, then you should train like an athlete @ ThaBox.

This class lasts for approximately 1hr. consisting of warm-up, stretch, max interval body weight training then a cooldown. This class is not for the timid. It will push you to your limits, then break them with a limitbreaker BONUS RD. Are you tuff enuff?

Strength / Olympic Lift Training

Currently only available as a personal training option. We provide detailed instruction on various lifts & presses to help develop an athletic physique.

Pulse Program

Tues & Thurs
5:30pm - 6pm (Launch date TBA)

We here at ThaBox have our finger on the pulse of fitness…literally. HRM’s are provided to all participants. This is to ensure everyone operates in their optimal training zone. HR’s are displayed during class to provide members and instructors with instant feedback. Detailed performance reports are emailed to each class member following the workout. This helps members to understand how exercise effects their bodies. Weekly reports are also provided to our cooperate sponsors for their participating employees. Ask your employer about Pulse @ ThaBox
